Gentle / Restorative Yoga

Yoga specifically designed to stimulate as well as aid the meridians and the flow of qi and prana through the connective tissue.

This is a class that coordinates the breath with the movement of the body in a flow structure.  It is suitable for beginning or intermediate students.  This class supports lengthening, strengthening, and toning all the muscles of the body.

Thursday, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Beginning Kripalu Yoga

Appropriate for absolute beginners.  Learn basic postures and concepts, awareness of breath, and how to modify your practice as needed for safety and optimum benefit.

Prenatal Yoga and Mom and Baby classes
Prenatal yoga can help you to stay in shape during pregnancy. The practice keeps you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation. 
Mom and Baby classes start 6 weeks until 5 months this practice builds relationships.
Yoga is also beneficial because it helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will be useful as you face the physical demands of labor and childbirth as well as Motherhood.
